- Delivery to Ireland and the Channel Islands is available via the standard delivery option. It is free for orders over £50.00. All orders under £50.00 will be charged £3.95 for delivery.
- There are exceptions to delivery timescales when large items are ordered. This includes furniture, large kitchen appliances and televisions. For a standard service, this will cost £30.00. For orders over £1,500, this service is free.
House of Fraser parcel returns are processed for refunds back to the original payment card within 2 weeks. It can then take up to 14 days for the bank to credit your account.
